Nigerians were shocked as the artiste was taken in for questioning this morning by EFCC.
Reports says that the artiste was arrested in relation to the just released song he sang with Zlatan, “Am I A Yahoo Boy”.
It was believed that from the lyrics of the song, the artiste has been involved in online scams well know as Yahoo.
Although, as at this afternoon, the artiste was said to have been released by the EFCC after thorough investigations that led no where.

In development to his arrest, we have also gathered that the commission has now picked up fellow singer, Omomniyi Temidayo better known as Zlatan Ibile. It is learnt that Zlatan who is famous for his song, “Zanku” has been profiled alongside Naira Marley by the commission in order to establish their affiliations with ‘yahoo yahoo’.
According to several reports, the graft agency has seized their laptops and phones to conduct forensics to determine their link to cybercrime.
The arrest is reported to have happened at Zlatan’s house in the early hours of today, May 10.
Asides these, reports also have it that they are under investigation for songs and comments glorifying cybercrime.
This is coming after the release of Naira Marley and Zlatan Ibile’s collaboration on the song, “Am I A Yahoo Boy?” that was released on Thursday.
